Privacy Policy

PartyDesign Control Center is a private internal application operated for authorised business users. It is not offered as a public consumer service.
Google account data
When an authorised user grants access to Google services, the application may access the minimum Google account data required for its internal operational functions.
For Gmail, this may include reading operational email messages and modifying message labels or filing status after those messages have been processed.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to perform the internal functions requested by the authorised user. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Storage and retention
The application may store limited operational metadata needed for reconciliation, audit and error handling. Access credentials and secrets are stored in secured infrastructure and are not embedded in public web pages.
Data sharing
Google user data is not transferred to third parties except where technically necessary to provide the authorised internal business workflow, or where required by law.
Security
Access is restricted to authorised users and service identities. The application uses authenticated service-to-service connections and protected secret storage.
Revoking access
Users may revoke the application's access to their Google Account at any time from their Google Account security settings.
